Rules change often
We follow the latest rules for you. Recent changes:
- H-2 has been merged into F-4 (from 2026-02-12). The fee to change from H-2 to F-4 is waived until 2027-12-31.
- E-7-4 skilled worker quota for 2026: 33,000 people.
- F-2-R: Korean requirement is now TOPIK level 3 (from 2026-08-03).
- Regional visa programs run in 107 cities and counties (as of 2026-05).
